UK DELIVERY
We offer a Free UK Delivery service for all online orders!
Orders received by us by noon (Monday to Friday) will normally be dispatched on the same working day. A signature is required on delivery for all orders over £30.
Royal Mail aim to deliver items sent in this way within 1-2 working days, but please note that items may take as long as 15 days to arrive. We are unable to replace items, or claim for loss of items until 15 days have passed.
If your order is time sensitive we recommend you select one of the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery options, as this is the only way to guarantee delivery on the next business working day. If you require your package by 9am, please place the order no later than 12noon the day before.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Wherever possible, we use the Royal Mail’s 'International Airsure' service which is fully trackable within the UK and within most destination countries. For countries where Airsure is not available we use the Royal Mail’s 'International Signed For' service which is fully trackable within the UK and sometimes within the destination country. This service requires a signature on delivery. The Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent using 'International Airsure' or 'Signed For' services within 3-5 working days, but please be advised it can take up to 20 days for delivery to Europe and up to 30 days for the Rest of the World (ROW). Packages are generally insured up to £500 for European destinations and £250 for ROW. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties or taxes that are applicable in the country of entry.

COOLING OFF
You are legally entitled to cancel any ‘Home Shopping’ order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. Argent’s Guarantee allows you to extend this period to 14 days. This does not apply to orders that have been discounted or items purchased in sales or special promotions. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging accompanied by the receipt. Argent of London's Guarantee extends the rights you have to return goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

EXCHANGES/DAMAGED GOODS
If you wish to exchange a product for any reason please make sure you return it to us within the specified time above.
We do check all items carefully prior to despatch. However in the unlikely event you should receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve matters as rapidly as possible.
Exclusions
For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings can be exchanged or refunded only if they are found to be faulty.
We are unable accept returns or cancellations for goods that have been specially made for you, for example bespoke work, engraving, particular goods requested by you.
RETURNING A GIFT
We are naturally sorry that your gift was not exactly what you like. We operate a non-refundable merchandise credit policy. This means that so long as the product has not been worn, is in the original state in which it was sold and can supply the name and address of the person who purchased the product, we will accept back the gift and give you a credit for the amount that was paid.
HOW TO PACK RETURNS
It is very important that all items returned to the Company are packaged appropriately. Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk. Argent of London cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit, howsoever caused.
BESPOKE OR SPECIAL COMMISION WORK
Please note that Argent of London is unable to accept any returns or to offer refunds for any bespoke or special commision work.
