What do we collect and why?

To process your order we need to know your full name, postal address, e-mail address, a contact telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card details (number, expiry/valid from dates, Issue number if appropriate, 3 digit security code number). This enables us to complete the order, as well as advise you that we have received it and when it will be despatched. We do not retain any card details, which are destroyed after your order has been dispatched.

Does Argent disclose information to other people?

Argent of London will NEVER sell, rent or pass on your personal information to any third party.
We do employ other companies and individuals from time to time to provide functions on our behalf. These may include sending out orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, removing out of date or duplicate information from our customer lists, providing marketing services, processing credit card payments. These companies and individuals will have access to personal information to enable them to perform the appropriate tasks. However they may not use such information for any other purposes and are required to process data in accordance with relevant Data Protection legislation, which includes keeping the information secure.
